Availability/ Orders

Orders are subject to the availability of products.In the unlikely event of any product being unavailable or delayed, we shall contact you by phone or e-mail to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery, together with, if appropriate, suggested alternative items. Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we ask customers not to purchase where more than one item is purchased with the intent of trying them on and keeping just one. Where we believe, a customer is ordering multiple items with the intention of returning the item, orders may not ship and may be cancelled at our discretion. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”).

Payment

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, any changes will not affect orders that have already received a dispatch confirmation.

Delivery

Items are packed and dispatched for delivery Monday to Friday. Delivery takes 2-3 working days.

Return of products
If a customer wishes to return a product bought on our site we must be notified via ourenquiry form or written letter within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s) in question. Item(s) must be returned to us within fourteen days of such notification. Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sent. Returns must include all parts and packaging of the original item to be eligible for refund. Packages must not be torn. Costumes must not have been worn other than to try on. There must be no trace of perfume, smoke or any other odour.

You will include a note explaining the reason for returning the Product with the returned items. Items for return are done so at a cost to the customer. Please use registered post or recorded delivery when returning the products.

If a customer wants to return or exchange a product we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement once the item is returned to our warehouse within 14 days. Upon delivery please inspect the items that have been delivered and confirm that the size you have ordered fits perfectly. Once an item has been worn to a party or shows signs of wear, beyond that of trying it on, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Therefore, we ask you to inspect the items delivered, try them on and decide if you wish to keep or return the item prior to using the costume or wearing it to your party. Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sent. Please keep the packaging of the item and do not tear it until you have decided you are happy to keep the item. Returns must include all parts and packaging of the original item to be eligible for refund. Packages must not be torn. Costumes must not have been worn other than to try on. There must be no trace of perfume, smoke or any other odour.

Should a customer have reason to return a costume they must email us; info@itsmyparty.ieand include their name, order ID, date of delivery and reason for return. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly orders returned with no information provided cannot be refunded.

Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be processed over the counter at the pickup point. However, items may be dropped off at the pickup point to be processed by the returns department later.

Costumes that are received outside the returns period will be eligible for a credit note, subject to receiving the goods within twenty one days of the order being received. There are no exceptions made for orders returned outside the returns period.

Returned goods which do not meet the above criteria will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We are happy to re-ship such items back at the customer's cost otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days. Shipping and packaging costs, both to and from us, will remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service with signature when returning an order. Where the customer instruct the delivery driver to return the parcel to sender a shipping fee will still apply and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the costume only.

The customers' statutory rights are not affected
