Covid 19 Guidelines

We are now offering contactless hires but operating under strict guidelines which are detailed below. Unfortunately, we cannot offer private ice cream van hire at this time. We are now living in a different world so the levels of service we always have been so proud to offer, are, unfortunately, simply not possible at this time. The safety of our staff and customers is our utmost importance. We ask customers to please be patient as we navigate through the current situation.

Bookings:

• Bookings are only available by phone. To book please call 0862400591 or contact us here
• No corporate, public or outdoor events.
• Bouncy castle hire is only available for private household hire only. Only the members of the household are permitted to use the bouncy castle (no other guests)
• We cannot erect a bouncy castle in public space such as a public green in a housing estate.
• All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment & Hire:

• You will still be required to sign the hire agreement book, this will be done at your window. Please have your own pen ready.
• We are urging customers to pay by contactless payment. Payment can be made by phone or by PayPal. Alternatively, if you have to pay by cash please place your payment in the hire agreement book when signing.

Delivery and Collection:

• In order to hire a bouncy castle; we must have open access to a back garden.
• Bouncy castles cannot be setup in front gardens and we cannot go through a house.
• No one is to be present in the garden during setup and collection
• All bouncy castles will be cleaned and sterilised between every hire. They will also be sterlised on setup.

Please do not hire a bouncy castle if:

• Anyone in your household has virus symptoms
• There are people in the household who are considered high risk
• Anyone in your household has returned from abroad within the last 14 days

Please note bookings are dependent on current government restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time.
