FAQ's

Here are some of the questions we are most often asked by our customers. If you have any other questions or need more information, give us a call on 0862400591

What do I need to do on the day?
We will need clear access (At least 3 feet) to the place you would like the Bouncy Castle situated. The Bouncy Castle will be wheeled to the location on a trolley. Please tell us at the time of booking if you have any narrow access ways, awkward routes or there are lots of steps to the location and we will advise you from there.

If vehicles are parked on the driveway to your house, please make sure you have left enough room for us to wheel the Bouncy Castle past and that the area where it is to be cited is free from ANY obstructions (Trampolines,Swings, and Pet fouling !) PRIOR to us arriving, otherwise this will delay further deliveries to other customers and therefore cannot be allowed and may therefore affect the delivery of your castle.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
We do require a deposit for communion bookings in May/ April of €50 to secure your booking. Booking deposits are non-refundable. For communion bookings please do not book until the school/ parish have confirmed your communion date.

Can the bouncy castle be inflated indoors?
Yes, most of our Bouncy Castles can be inflated indoors, we have provided numerous bouncy castles for birthday party’s in halls across Kerry particular in the winter months. Please contact us if you need arranging a hall or check with your local community centre. We will provide sandbags to weigh the Bouncy Castle down and safety mats.

When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply. Our extension leads are 25m long, please tell us if the Bouncy Castle will be further away from an electricity supply than this.

How long do I get the equipment for?
As most parties are in the afternoon. We will deliver and set up your castle between 8am and 12 noon we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 6pm onwards although WHERE POSSIBLE pick up time can be arranged to suit.

How do I pay?
We accept debit and credit cards if you would like to pay ahead of time or need to pay a deposit. Otherwise it is cash on delivery. Inflatables or equipment will not be setup without payment first.

What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible.

What if it rains?
Most castles have built in shower covers. However if the rain is heavy and persistant, for safety reasons we will advise you not to go ahead with the booking. There will be no cost to yourselves in the event of cancellation due to adverse weather.

When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 20 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

Can I hire a bouncy castle to be on a public area in my housing estate?

Unfortunately, we can not set up a bouncy castle on a public green in a housing estate.

How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 2 feet either side. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

Can I cancel for incremental weather?
If you decide that you want to cancel due to bad weather, thats understandable. If the weather is borderline we would contact you to ask what your wishes are for booking but if we do deliver the inflatable and there is no rain at time of delivery payment is still due on delivery. The key factor in the final decision is safety as a wet inflatable is also very much more slippery and obviously the risk of accidents then increases

Are you insured?

As you may be aware, insurance companies are no longer offering insurance cover to leisure industries such as bouncy castle companies and therefore, we are no longer in a position to provide insurance cover. We are actively trying to secure insurance and will update customers as soon as possible. Please be aware the hirer hiring the inflatable equipment are doing so at their own risk and we specifically disclaim liability for incidental or consequential damage and assume no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the use or misuse of any of its inflatables / products.

If at any stage during the hire period the inflatable is damaged / defects appear and becomes unsafe to use, the onus is on the hirer to stop using the inflatable immediately, deflate the inflatable and contact us immediately. Our castles are checked throughly before they are left on your premises for any defects. Unfortunately, if any defect is found we will not be able to hire the inflatable to you.

In the event of high winds the customer must stop using and deflate the inflatable immediately. No inflatable should be used in winds above 24 mph (38 kmph), which is Force 5 on the Beaufort Scale (small trees in leaf begin to sway).

By booking online it is accepted that you are agreeing to hiring the inflatable / products at your own risk.
